Cultures Gen V Inc. (“Gen V”, “we”, “our”) takes your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is intended to describe how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use our website or retain our services, and what your rights are in this regard. Broadly speaking, “personal information" refers to any information about an identifiable individual or that allows an individual to be identified. It could be your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and financial information (including bank and credit card information).

Your business details, such as your title, email address, business address or telephone number are considered personal information of a public nature.

What personal information do we collect?

As part of your interactions with us, we may collect some of your personal information, such as the following:

  • Your contact information, such as your name, address, email and phone number;
  • Billing information, such as your billing address or bank information;

You can disable such cookies by changing your browser or mobile device settings. However, if you refuse such cookies, your browsing experience may be affected.

We also use Google Analytics to collect information about your use of our website (for example, the pages that you visit the most, and the error messages that you may receive). Such information is anonymous, and we only use them to improve the efficiency and operation of our website. You can disable such cookies by downloading this module.

In addition, we use Facebook Pixel to collect information about the actions you take on our website (for example, the pages you visit after viewing an advertisement). This information is anonymous and we use it only to improve the effectiveness of our advertisements.
