Energizing cucumber and citrus infused water

Preparation: 5 minutes.
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

½ English cucumber, washed and sliced

375 ml (1 ½ cups) fresh sliced citrus fruits of your choice (oranges, limes, mandarins, grapefruit, etc.)

1 bunch of fresh mint

A few ice cubes

1 liter sparkling water

Preparation


  1.  In a large pitcher, add some ice cubes and all the ingredients. Fill with sparkling water.
  2.  Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes and enjoy freely!

*Notes: Vary the fruits according to the season (strawberries, raspberries, apples, peaches, etc.). You can substitute (or add) fresh basil leaves for even more flavor!
