Tips

Keep your vegetables at their best

Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0°C to 4°C, ideally in the crisper section, to avoid the flesh becoming soft and transparent.
Leave on the plastic wrap to preserve moisture until the cucumber is ready to be eaten.
Do not mist cucumbers with water.
Keep cucumbers and fruits separated–apples, grapes and many other fruits emit ethylene gas that accelerate the ripening process in cucumbers.
