Smoked Salmon Wrap

Preparation: 5-10 minutes.
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas

120 ml (1/2 cup) of cream cheese

Chives, chopped

Dill, chopped

The juice of half a lemon

A few leaves of Gen V crunchy lettuce

100 g of smoked salmon

A few red onion slices

½ of a Gen v english cucumber, sliced

10 ml (2 tsp) of everything bagel seasoning spice mix

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, the chives, the dill and the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the cream mixture on the tortillas. Add the lettuce leaves, the smoked salmon slices, the onions, the cucumbers and everything bagel seasoning spice mix. Roll and close.
