Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas
120 ml (1/2 cup) of cream cheese
Chives, chopped
Dill, chopped
The juice of half a lemon
A few leaves of Gen V crunchy lettuce
100 g of smoked salmon
A few red onion slices
½ of a Gen v english cucumber, sliced
10 ml (2 tsp) of everything bagel seasoning spice mix
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, the chives, the dill and the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cream mixture on the tortillas. Add the lettuce leaves, the smoked salmon slices, the onions, the cucumbers and everything bagel seasoning spice mix. Roll and close.
