By growing produce in greenhouses near city centres in Mirabel, Portneuf, Sainte-Clotilde and Ham-Nord, we can cultivate year-round vegetables here at home that benefit from perfect growing conditions and an ideal environment. All our vegetables are harvested at their peak maturity the night before shipping for truly unparalleled freshness, traveling much less than their neighbours from the south.
