Cucumber, Spinach, Pineapple, and Banana Smoothie

Preparation: 5 minutes.
Servings: 1 servings

Ingredients

125 ml (½ cup) pineapple juice

125 g (1 cup) Gen V organic English cucumber, cut into large cubes

25 g (1 cup) baby spinach

1 ripe frozen banana, sliced

Maple syrup or honey, to taste (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Taste and add a little maple syrup or honey, if desired. Enjoy immediately.

Variations 

Add the pulp of a passion fruit.

Replace the pineapple juice with mango juice.
