Ingredients
125 ml (½ cup) pineapple juice
125 g (1 cup) Gen V organic English cucumber, cut into large cubes
25 g (1 cup) baby spinach
1 ripe frozen banana, sliced
Maple syrup or honey, to taste (optional)
Preparation
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Taste and add a little maple syrup or honey, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
Variations
