Ingredients
250 g tartar quality salmon, cut into small cubes
1 Gen V mini cucumber, finely diced
2 green onions, chopped
A few coriander leaves, chopped
A few dill leaves, chopped
15 ml (1 tbsp) sambal oelek
5 ml (1 tsp) toasted sesame oil
The juice of half a lemon
10 ml (2 tsp) sesame seeds
3 rice papers, cut into triangles or pieces
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the salmon, cucumbers, green onions, cilantro and dill.
- Add the sambal oelek, sesame oil and lemon juice. Mix gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
- In a skillet, heat a little vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- When the oil is hot, place the pieces of rice paper: they will become crispy in 1 to 2 seconds.
- Remove them immediately and place them on paper towels.
- Serve the tartare on a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with crispy rice paper
