Crunchy and refreshing, our mini cucumbers (also known as Lebanese cucumbers) have a slightly sweet taste and thin peel. They stay fresh for up to 15 days in the refrigerator.

Cucumbers are delicately flavoured and very low in calories. Plus, just one cup (250 ml) has 25% of the daily requirement of vitamin K.

Packaging with a freshness purpose

Mini cucumbers are packaged on a tray made of 100% compostable and recyclable paper fibre. They are covered in plastic wrapping that conserves moisture to prolong their shelf life. The identification sticker makes it easier at the cash!

Tips

Keep your vegetables at their best

Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0°C to 4°C, ideally in the crisper section, to avoid the flesh becoming soft and transparent.
Leave on the plastic wrap to preserve moisture until the minicucumbers are ready to be eaten.
Do not mist minicucumbers with water.
Keep minicucumbers and fruits separated–apples, grapes and many other fruits emit ethylene gas that accelerate the ripening process in minicucumbers.
