- organic mini cucumbers
Crunchy and refreshing, our mini cucumbers (also known as Lebanese cucumbers) have a slightly sweet taste and thin peel. They stay fresh for up to 15 days in the refrigerator.
Cucumbers are delicately flavoured and very low in calories. Plus, just one cup (250 ml) has 25% of the daily requirement of vitamin K.
Six pack only.
Packaging with a freshness purpose
Mini cucumbers are packaged on a tray made of 100% compostable and recyclable paper fibre. They are covered in plastic wrapping that conserves moisture to prolong their shelf life. The identification sticker makes it easier at the cash!
Plastic wrap protects the cucumbers and conserves moisture to prolong their shelf life. Greenhouse English cucumbers have a thinner, finer peel than field-grown cucumbers, so without packaging, they remain fresh for just two days. The compostable identification sticker makes it easier at the cash.
Our goal above all else is to produce healthy, safe food. To us, producing vegetables without the use of GMOs is non-negotiable for a sustainable future. That’s why we only use seed varieties without GMOs. Vegetables grown in nature should be as natural as possible.
Our family business is homegrown too, and we believe in serving up wellbeing for our team members and our greater community. Those are our family values, passed down from generation to generation.
Our vegetables are all grown locally in one of our four greenhouses located in St-Jerome, Portneuf, Sainte-Clotilde and Ham-Nord, not far from city centres. The shorter the distance, the fresher your produce!
Greenhouse grown twelve months of the year in outstanding conditions, our cucumbers meet the highest organic standards in North America. To us, superior quality takes the flavour from good to great!
Keep them in their original packaging, in the fridge. They'll stay fresh and crisp for up to two weeks.
Thanks to greenhouse cultivation, our mini cucumbers are available 12 months a year.
Yes, their skin is thin, tender and tasty. No need to peel them.
The Lebanese cucumber is small, crunchy and slightly sweet, with a smooth, dark skin that can be crunched without peeling.
The English cucumber, on the other hand, is longer and thinner, with a very thin, pale, unwaxed skin. It contains few seeds and offers a softer texture, ideal for thin slices, sandwiches or more classic salads. Two fresh flavors, two different uses - the choice is yours!
