Fresh and velvety crisp, our classic living Boston lettuce stays fresh for up to 10 days in the refrigerator.
All our lettuce varieties are cultivated hydroponically. That means they are grown 100% in water. For healthy, incredibly nutrient-dense produce, we enrich the water with the same minerals they would get from soil.
Solo in a bag, double, triple.
Packaging with a freshness purpose
To keep our vegetables fresher for longer, we use packaging from recyclable plastic. We encourage every one of our customers to recycle so your packaging can be given new life again and again.
Plastic extends the shelf life of our produce by creating a protective barrier that also conserves humidity (much like a greenhouse, in fact!) So we can cut back on food waste, here and in your home.
To keep our vegetables fresher for longer, we use packaging that can be easily recycled over and over, helping to contribute to a circular economy. We grow incredibly fresh, nutrient-rich vegetables twelve months a year. Fresh vegetables grown in Quebec soil in the middle of winter? Now that’s refreshing! By rethinking how we can grow vegetables sustainably, even in our harsh climate, we can bring you fresh, flavourful, high-quality foods again and again, all year long and for many years to come.
Our goal above all else is to produce healthy, safe food. To us, producing vegetables without the use of GMOs is non-negotiable for a sustainable future. That’s why we only use seed varieties without GMOs. Vegetables grown in nature should be as natural as possible.
Our family business is homegrown too, and we believe in serving up wellbeing for our team members and our greater community. Those are our family values, passed down from generation to generation.
Our vegetables are all grown locally in one of our four greenhouses located in St-Jerome, Portneuf, Sainte-Clotilde and Ham-Nord, not far from city centres. The shorter the distance, the fresher your produce!
