Crab, Fennel and Apple Lettuce Wraps

Preparation: 15 minutes.
Servings: 4 servings


1 Gen V Boston lettuce

200 g of crabmeat, shredded

100 g of nordic shrimp, minced

2 tbsp or 30 ml of mayonnaise

Zest and juice of one lime

1 fennel branch, diced

1/2 shallot, chopped

1/2 green apple, diced

1/2 red pepper, diced

Dill, chopped

1/2 mango, diced

Salt and pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve on a Gen V Boston lettuce leave.
